Prior to booking with us please understand we require a few things from you in order to ensure a safe and professional working environment

-6ftX10ft unobstructed space that allows for privacy getting on and off the table. Please let us know if you have stairs and if the location is a hotel, Air B&B, office or your home. 

-Free of strong odors 

-If you have animals, please secure them prior to arrival of therapist

-Accessible Sink 

-Near outlet for Table Warmer (Optional)

To ensure a timely intake and exit, we require prepayment for 1st time clients, and a fully completed and signed Health Intake and Policy Forms. (We will email these to you at the time of your booking) 

We have a 24 hour Cancellation Policy. If you cancel within 12-24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% Service Fee. If you No-Show or cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of Service Fee. 50% of this charge may be used toward a future appointment. We do require a card on file for booking.
